KEY HOTELS & RESORTS ***** will become the owner of the complex free of mortgage, composed of 800 suites of 100 m2 and 200 suites of 150 m2. The 800 suites that are sold are reserved for the operation of the hotel with a contract of 10 years management that will be in the deed of purchase. A 27-hole golf course, Yacht Marina, Tennis courts, SPA fitness and many restaurants, as well as 20 villas of 2000 m2 with a private beach and 10 villas overlooking the Golf.
In addition, we will sell membership cards for part of the suites intended for sale with a process that I have developed. We will be bringing in $400 million.

The value of the KEY HOTELS & RESORTS complex is $600 million for the hotel and its infrastructure, with $682.8 million in bank, and a total of $1.282 billion.
